About this policy
This Privacy Policy covers all services operated by Fuesera LLC, including FlowMads™ and HostGuru™. When we say "the platform," "we," "us," or "our," we mean Fuesera LLC and all services it operates. By using any Fuesera LLC service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account registration information: name, email address, password, and selected role (studio, teacher, student)
- Profile information: bio, certifications, years of experience, location, social media links, and profile photos
- Professional documents: RYT certification certificates and Certificates of Insurance (teachers on FlowMads™)
- Space listing information: studio details, available time slots, class preferences (studios on HostGuru™)
- Payment information: processed securely through Stripe — we do not store card numbers or bank details
- Communications: messages sent through the in-platform messaging system
- Ratings and reviews submitted after completed classes or bookings
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, search queries, and interaction patterns
- Device information: browser type, operating system, and IP address
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session state and improve the platform
How we use your information
- To operate and improve FlowMads™ and HostGuru™
- To verify teacher credentials (FlowMads™) and practitioner profiles (HostGuru™)
- To process payments and manage escrow through Stripe
- To send transactional emails: booking confirmations, expiry reminders, payment receipts
- To match studios with teachers (FlowMads™) and studios with practitioners (HostGuru™)
- To provide customer support and resolve disputes
- To improve platform features using aggregated, anonymized usage data
- To comply with legal obligations
Professional document handling
Teachers on FlowMads™ submit sensitive professional documents including RYT certification certificates and Certificates of Insurance during the verification process. By submitting these documents, you consent to Fuesera LLC storing, processing, and cross-referencing them for platform verification and ongoing compliance monitoring. These documents are accessible only to the Fuesera LLC team and are never shared with studios or third parties except as required by law or in cases of confirmed serious misconduct as described in our verification policy.
Practitioners on HostGuru™ may submit similar professional documentation as part of the vetting process. The same handling standards apply.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Between users on the platform: Profile information you make public (name, bio, certifications, ratings) is visible to other platform users as part of the service
- Stripe: Payment processing information is shared with Stripe to process transactions. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle this data
- AWS / Cloudflare R2: Profile photos and uploaded documents are stored on secure cloud storage
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Fuesera LLC or its users
- Misconduct reporting: In cases of confirmed serious misconduct, we may notify Yoga Alliance or other relevant professional bodies as described in our verification policy
Data security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted HTTPS connections, secure payment processing through Stripe, and access controls limiting who can view sensitive data. All professional documents are stored with restricted access — only the Fuesera LLC team can view them.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We work hard to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you deactivate your account, we retain your data for a reasonable period to allow for reactivation and to comply with legal obligations. Professional documents (certifications, COIs) are retained for compliance audit purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time — see Your Rights below.
Cookies
We use cookies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some platform features may not work correctly without them.
Your rights
- Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: You may update your profile information directly in the platform at any time
- Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us
- Portability: You may request your data in a portable format
- Objection: You may object to certain types of processing by contacting us

Children's privacy
Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services grow. We will notify you of material changes via email and by posting the updated policy here. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
