Community Guidelines

Draft — July 2026 · Subject to attorney review before final publication

Draft Notice: These Community Guidelines are a working draft prepared ahead of the public launch of our community features (including The Mat’ forum). They should be reviewed by a licensed attorney before being presented as binding. Questions or feedback are welcome at Contact & Support.

Who These Guidelines Apply To

These guidelines apply to everyone who uses a Fuesera LLC service — FlowMads™, HostGuru™, and The Mat’ community forum — whether you are a studio, a teacher, or (in the future) a student. They work alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation Policy; where they overlap, the Terms of Service governs.

The Short Version

Adults Only (18+)

Fuesera LLC services are for adults aged 18 and over. Accounts identified as belonging to minors are removed. Do not post content that sexualizes minors or attempts to recruit users under 18 — doing so results in immediate, permanent removal and, where required, a report to authorities.

Professional Conduct

For teachers: represent your certifications, insurance, and experience accurately; show up prepared and on time; follow each studio’s space rules; and respect student consent boundaries, including around hands-on adjustments.

For studios: describe your space, pay, and expectations accurately; pay through the platform as agreed; treat visiting teachers as professionals; and keep your facility safe and as described in your listing.

For everyone: keep payments on-platform. Attempting to move platform-originated bookings off-platform to avoid fees undermines the escrow protections both sides rely on and may lead to account action.

The Mat’ — Community Forum Standards

The Mat’ is our space for the yoga community to share practice, teaching, and business wisdom. In addition to everything above:

Content That Is Never Allowed

Reporting and Moderation

Every post, comment, profile, and message thread can be reported in-app. Reports go to our moderation queue and are reviewed by a human — typically within 48 hours. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts while a report is investigated. We do not disclose who filed a report.

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first, then report to us.

Enforcement

Enforcement is proportional. Depending on severity and history, actions range from a warning, to content removal, to feature restrictions, to temporary suspension, to permanent removal. Reliability issues with bookings (no-shows, late cancellations) are handled under the Cancellation Policy’s strike system. Fraud, safety threats, and conduct involving minors skip the ladder — they result in immediate permanent removal.

If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, reply to the notification email or contact us — a human will re-review it.

Changes to These Guidelines

We will update these guidelines as the community grows and will note material changes on this page. Continued use of Fuesera LLC services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
