We don't just connect studios and teachers. We verify, monitor, and stand behind every FlowMad™ on our platform — so you never have to wonder.
Our verification system was designed with all three users in mind — because trust only works when it goes all the way around.
These aren't checkboxes. They're active, ongoing systems that run every day behind the scenes.
RYT certificates and COIs are parsed on upload — expiration dates, certification levels, and teacher names are extracted automatically. Any document that cannot be parsed is flagged for human review before the profile goes live.
Insurance certificates are parsed by automated tools first, then reviewed by our team for any edge cases. Every decision is logged.
Our system checks every teacher's credential and insurance expiry dates daily, flagging anything within 30 days for proactive outreach.
Teachers receive three automated reminders before any document expires, with renewal instructions and dashboard links included in each email.
Studio complaints trigger a defined investigation process — teacher-first, fair, and fully documented — independent of the cancellation strike system.
Anti-gaming principles prevent automated profile manipulation, ensuring search results reflect genuine reputation — not technical exploitation.
Teachers move from "New to FlowMads™" through experience tiers as they build their platform history. A gamification system is on our roadmap to further reward consistency and commitment.
Uploaded documents are matched against the account holder's name. Any mismatch between the name on a certificate and the registered account triggers a human review, preventing credential sharing or impersonation between teachers.
Our verification standard aligns with Yoga Alliance's RYT framework. Serious misconduct is reported to Yoga Alliance to protect the broader community.

This policy defines how FlowMads™ verifies, monitors, and maintains the quality and accountability of teachers on our platform. It covers initial onboarding verification, ongoing compliance monitoring, profile trust signals, conduct management, and platform integrity standards.
Our standard is not the industry minimum. It is designed to meaningfully exceed what studios would typically require on their own, so that any teacher appearing in FlowMads™ search results is one a studio can hire without reservation.
RYT certification: All teachers must hold a valid Yoga Alliance RYT-200 or higher certification. The certificate must be uploaded at signup. Our system parses the document to extract the expiration date, certification level, and teacher name. The name on the certificate is checked against the registered account holder. Any mismatch, parsing failure, or document that cannot be verified routes to human review — the team contacts the teacher for corrections if needed.
Certificate of Insurance (COI): All teachers must carry a minimum of $250,000 in professional liability insurance coverage. The COI is parsed by automated tools on upload and reviewed by a team member for any nuanced cases. All review decisions are logged with a timestamp and reviewer note. Studios requiring coverage above $250,000 may negotiate that directly with the teacher — it is outside our platform standard.
Optional profile elements are not required but are encouraged. A more complete profile builds trust with studios before any conversation takes place and increases the likelihood of being selected. The goal is for studios to learn everything they need about a teacher without having to ask.
FlowMads™ targets a 24-hour verification turnaround from document upload to decision.
Both RYT certifications and insurance COIs are annual documents. FlowMads™ runs a daily audit of all active teacher records to identify upcoming expirations.
Flag threshold: Any document expiring within 30 days is flagged in the audit log.
Reminder sequence: Flagged teachers receive automated emails at 30 days, 15 days, and 5 days before expiration. Each email includes renewal instructions and a direct link to their dashboard to upload updated documents.
On expiration: If updated documents have not been received, the team is notified and manually deactivates the profile. The profile is hidden from search but not deleted — all history is preserved.
Reactivation: When updated documents are uploaded and verified, the profile is immediately restored. Prior good standing is noted in the review.
Accountability for credential maintenance rests with the teacher. FlowMads™ provides tools and reminders, but a teacher who fails to maintain their credentials is not upholding their professional obligations and cannot remain searchable on the platform.
All verified teachers receive a status badge that reflects their experience on the platform:
A gamification system is on our roadmap to incentivize continued platform engagement, profile completeness, and professional consistency. Badge levels will evolve as the system matures.
The conduct system operates independently of the cancellation strike system. It is triggered by studio-filed complaints and follows a defined investigation process.
Teacher-first principle: FlowMads™ will always contact the teacher first before taking any action. We believe in equal and fair treatment for all users. A complaint is not a verdict.
Investigation timeline: The teacher is contacted within 48 hours of a complaint. Both sides are reviewed. A determination is made within 72 hours where possible.
Outcomes: Minor issues result in a formal warning logged to the teacher's record. Serious issues result in account suspension pending full review. Confirmed serious misconduct results in permanent removal.
Yoga Alliance notification: In cases of confirmed serious misconduct, FlowMads™ will notify Yoga Alliance to protect the broader teaching community. Teachers are informed of this obligation during the verification process.
FlowMads™ is committed to ensuring that search results and reputation signals reflect genuine teacher quality, not technical manipulation.
This framework protects the integrity of every teacher who earns their reputation honestly on our platform. It also protects studios from being misled by manufactured credibility.
FlowMads™ collects sensitive professional documents during the verification process. By submitting documents for verification, teachers consent to FlowMads™ storing, processing, and cross-referencing those documents for the purposes of platform verification and ongoing compliance monitoring. Document data is accessible only to the FlowMads™ team and is never shared with studios or third parties except as required by law or in cases of confirmed serious misconduct.
Teachers may request removal of their documents and profile data at any time by contacting nicholas@fuesera.com.
If a teacher believes their verification was incorrectly denied or their account was incorrectly deactivated, they may submit an appeal to nicholas@fuesera.com. Appeals are reviewed by the FlowMads™ team within 48 hours. The teacher will receive a written explanation of the original decision and the outcome of the appeal.
