Getting started
HostGuru™ is a space rental marketplace operated by Fuesera LLC. We connect studio owners who have unused time slots with vetted practitioners — yoga teachers, sound healers, Pilates instructors, workshop hosts, and more. You list your available space, we handle everything else.
Listing your space on HostGuru™ is completely free. We charge a platform fee as a percentage of each completed booking — deducted automatically before your payout. No subscriptions, no upfront costs.
FlowMads™ fills your existing scheduled classes when a teacher calls in sick. HostGuru™ fills your unused time slots with entirely new classes run by outside practitioners. One problem is coverage, the other is new revenue. One account gives you access to both services.
Insurance & safety
No. Fuesera LLC carries a blanket liability policy covering every HostGuru™ event — the practitioner, your space, and the students. Your studio's own insurance policy is completely uninvolved in HostGuru™ bookings.
Any incident during a HostGuru™ event should be reported to Fuesera LLC immediately. Our blanket liability policy covers the event. Do not contact the practitioner directly about liability — route all incidents through us at nicholas@fuesera.com.
Bookings & payments
Practitioners pay a 50% deposit when a booking is confirmed. The remaining 50% is automatically charged after the event takes place. Your payout is released automatically, minus the HostGuru™ platform fee. No invoices, no follow-ups.
Yes. When you create your HostGuru™ profile, you define exactly what you're open to hosting. Want only yoga and sound healing? Done. Open to everything? That's the default. You also approve each booking individually before it is confirmed.
Cancellation penalties apply depending on how close to the event you cancel. Under 7 days: you pay 50% of the booking value to Fuesera LLC. 8–30 days: 25%. Over 30 days: no penalty on first occurrence. See the HostGuru™ Cancellation Policy for full details.
Yes, but if you reject a HostGuru™-placed practitioner after a deposit has been collected, Fuesera LLC's obligation to find a replacement ends. We'll make a best-effort attempt to find an alternative, but can't guarantee it. The practitioner's deposit is handled per our cancellation policy.

Getting started
Any vetted wellness or fitness professional who wants to run classes in a professional studio space — yoga teachers, Pilates instructors, sound healers, meditation guides, breathwork facilitators, dance instructors, workshop hosts, and more. You must have a verified HostGuru™ profile to book space.
Create a Fuesera account and select HostGuru™ access. Complete your profile with your discipline, credentials, class description, and experience. Our team reviews new practitioner profiles before they become searchable to studios.
There is no signup fee. HostGuru™ charges a platform fee as a percentage of the total booking value — deducted automatically from your payments. The exact fee percentage will be published before platform launch.
Finding and booking space
Browse the Rent Spaces section of the platform to see available time slots. Filter by city, date, space type, and class format. You can see the studio's profile, photos, amenities, and parameters before requesting a booking.
You request a connection with a studio by submitting a booking request. A 50% deposit is charged at this point. The studio reviews your profile and approves or declines. If approved, your slot is confirmed. The remaining 50% is charged automatically after your event takes place.
If your booking is declined after the deposit is collected, your deposit is held as a 30-day platform credit you can apply to any future HostGuru™ booking. If unused within 30 days, the credit is forfeited to Fuesera LLC.
No. All communication between practitioners and studios stays inside the HostGuru™ platform. Personal contact information is never exchanged. This protects both parties and ensures Fuesera LLC can support any disputes that arise.
Cancellations & accountability
If you cancel a confirmed booking, your deposit is forfeited and a cancellation strike notch is logged to your profile. Three notches equal one strike. Strike 1 is a 30-day suspension, Strike 2 is 60 days, Strike 3 is permanent removal. Force majeure events are exempt at Fuesera LLC's sole discretion.
Ongoing bookings are recurring weekly or monthly slots — you commit to a regular class in the space. One-time bookings are for a single session, workshop, or event. Both are fully supported. For ongoing bookings, the commitment applies to the agreed series.
HostGuru™ is Fuesera's space rental service that connects studio owners with practitioners who want to run classes. For students, it means more unique classes and experiences become available — sound healers, workshop instructors, specialty teachers, and visiting practitioners all use HostGuru™ spaces to host events you can discover and attend.
HostGuru™ classes will appear alongside regular FlowMads™ classes when browsing. You'll see the type of class, the practitioner's profile, the studio location, and the date and time — everything you need to decide if it's right for you.
Creating a student account and browsing is always free. Class fees are set by the practitioner and vary. HostGuru™ student booking will be available when the service launches — in the meantime, contact the practitioner through the platform to arrange attendance.
If a confirmed class is cancelled by the studio or practitioner and you've booked through Fuesera, you'll receive an immediate notification and a full refund automatically. You don't need to request it — it happens on our end within 5–10 business days.
Yes. Every practitioner on HostGuru™ has a verified profile reviewed by the Fuesera LLC team. You'll see their credentials, class description, and any ratings from previous events. The same high standards we apply to FlowMads™ teachers apply to HostGuru™ practitioners.
