- Studio name, city, state, and contact information (for studio accounts)
- Yoga certifications, years of experience, teaching styles, and bio (for teacher accounts)
- Profile photos you choose to upload

- Payment-related information processed through Stripe Connect
Information collected automatically:
- Log data including IP address, browser type, and pages visited
- Device information
- Usage patterns and interactions with the Platform
Information from third parties:
- When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google in accordance with your Google account permissions
- Payment verification information from Stripe

We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account
- Connect studios with teachers and facilitate bookings
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Send transactional emails such as booking confirmations and payment notifications

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising purposes.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Between Studios and Teachers: When a teacher applies to a class, the studio can see the teacher's profile information including name, certifications, experience, and application message. When a studio posts a class, teachers can see the studio name, location, and class details.
- Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We share necessary information with Stripe to facilitate transactions. Stripe's privacy policy governs their use of your data.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal process.
- Business transfers: If the Company is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Neon (PostgreSQL database) hosted in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication tokens, and access controls.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements.
Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes.
