You can delete your Fuesera account at any time, and you don’t need the app installed to do it. Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no grace period or recovery window. This page explains exactly what happens and every way to make the request.
What deletion does
Deleting your account follows one principle across all our products — The Mat’, FlowMads™, HostGuru™, and Sway: contributions stay, the person disappears.
- Removed or anonymized immediately: your email, password, and sign-in connections; your name, bio, photo, and contact details; your uploaded credential documents and studio photos; your votes, saves, follows, and notifications; your Sway-linked Spotify connection and private playlists; the bodies of messages you sent.
- Kept, with your identity permanently stripped away: forum posts and comments on The Mat’ (so conversations that helped others aren’t broken — authorship becomes “Deleted User”), numeric review ratings, and records we’re legally required to keep, like payment and tax records — held anonymized, as our Privacy Policy describes.
- Subscriptions: any active Sway subscription is cancelled as part of deletion.
If you’d rather have specific posts removed entirely instead of anonymized, email privacy@fuesera.com before or after deleting — that’s a request we honor too.
How to delete your account
Option 1 — In the mobile app
Sign in → open your Profile → Settings → Delete account, and confirm. The deletion runs immediately.
Option 2 — On the web (no app needed)
Sign in at yogaconnect.fuesera.com → open the account menu at the top right of your dashboard → Delete account, and confirm.
Option 3 — By email (no app, no password needed)
Email privacy@fuesera.com from any address with the subject “Account deletion request,” telling us the email address on the account. We’ll verify the request genuinely comes from the account holder — so nobody else can delete your account — then run the same deletion, and confirm to you when it’s done. We acknowledge requests within a few days and complete them within 30 days at most.
